Default Can I run a VGA cable (15pin) from my tv to a serial 9-pin port?

I am trying to use two monitors at once without getting another video card. Is it possible to do this? I have one of the VGA slots taken from my monitor and I want to hook my tv up as a second monitor to the serial 9-pin port. Is it possible?

At a guess no. I'm guessing the serial port is to do with maintainance and testing from what my TV reckons it's for.

No, it is not possible. The serial port was used for ancient serial keyboards, mice, and modems.
