Default My computer is falling

My comps performance has tremendously dropped, in fact in one night, is that a sign of a virus? the performance is now at its worst, looking at the CPU bar just the simplest things will get it fired up like opening the trash can will get it up to 60% And when i dont open things and just have only itunes open and the internet for example as of now is what i have open, that bar is consistent, not calm at all, it goes up and down all the time, like up to even 40% just chilling out and doing nothing else. Whats going on?

What computer is it? (brand, model)
Specs? When did you buy it?

Try downloading Ccleaner, a program that deletes all the junk on a computer. It's free, fixes registry problems (always back up - easy just click save), deletes junk, and uses 35 passes on config.

Norton isn't all that great, I'd go with something else. Sounds like you may have a virus. Try trendmicro housecall, ccleaner, advanced windows care, and adaware. Also you could open task manager and find out what process is using all of your CPU. If all the above fail you might need to reformat...
