Hello, can anyone tell me how to read cpu fan speed?
I think my new Dell inspiron 530 desktop is a little noisy. Could it be the fan speed is too high? Or is it because of video card? (The computer has 128M nVidia 8300 card with dual monitor). |

If it's loud, then it's running hot. Use compressed air and blow out the fan and vents of any dust.
