Default firefox bookmarks lost ?

right so today my internet goes off at the isp end of things for a couple of hours
and i had to reset my router and modem to get the connection back
and when i finally do get it back all my bookmarks have gone but my passwords are still stored

so what im wondering is is there anyway to get my bookmarks back ?

and if not is there any way to independently (like a web site) to store my bookmarks so this doesn't happen again

thanks

chris

Did you try going to run and type %appdata%, then go to mozilla/firefox/profiles/****.default/bookmarkbackups
