Default Folder Lock

Whats a good program that locks folders with a password or something, on an External Harddrive? I dont want my Personal Folders to be accessed on my External Drive at LANs when I have to use it.

Free or Pay, doesnt matter.

Thanks.

Steganos Safe https://www.steganos.com/us/

Fully encrypted, creates a drive within a drive, can be hidden, password to open safe. I use the previous version that was free with a computer mag but it is a paid for program, free to trial.
