3.5/IDE/2.5 Adapter?

Has anyone tested one of these things out? Like this one at newegg. I saw a video on one of these things where you can connect a 3.5/2.5/a CD ROM and more. I was thinking of picking one of these up instead of getting a external enclosure for my 2.5 SATA hard drive. I also would love to hook up my DVD burner I got for my desktop to my laptop.

i have one made by a different company, and it works great

Same here. I have one from a different company with SATA on it as well. It can be a bit picky sometimes but usually works great. I think it freaks out when you try to plug in a drive after you plug it into USB

yea ive got one too the only problem i have is sometimes i have to wiggle the usb to get it to work but this thing makes working on computers and stuff much easier
