Hi people.
I was recenlty trying to reinstall WMP on my laptop as it had been havin issues starting normally. I was asked to restart so did, but after the windows XP logo came on the screen turned blue. The message read that the computer had begun dumping physical memory and was counting upwards. It also said the registry could not load the hive and that there was a registry file failure. After it had counted to about 90 the screen goes black and asks me how i want to start windows, but every option either leads me back to the start screen, or if i select safe mode i freezes, then goes back??? I have know idea, and the only PC doc 24/7 i knew said hed have to charge £150!! to fix something i have no idea about? could anyone please help!?!?! mark |
