Default Are these temps too high?

using speedfan, all temps are in celcius

idle:
temp1: 41
temp2: 26
temp3: -2
core0: 32
core1: 32
core: 55
ambient: 41

full load:
temp1: 41
temp2: 32
temp3: -2
core0: 45
core1: 45
core: 55
ambient: 41

setup:
e8400
gigabyte ga-p35-ds3l
512mb 8800gt
4 gb 1066 g.skill ram
500 gb 32mb cache barracuda
2 lite-on optical drives
500 watt psu
arctic freezer 7 pro

What processor model are these temperature readings taken from?

I believe you are in the safe zone with the Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 if you are 59 degrees Celsius or lower. Can anyone else confirm my educated guess?
