Arrow COD4 Server Problem

I am trying to get a COD4 server running on my spare computer, and I cant seem to get it to run. Every time I launch the game, the console shows up and says something about a Direct X error or something. "DirectX Error: DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error. Check the ReadMe for possible solutions."

Thats the error I get..

I've tried updating the BIOS, DirectX and possibly everything else..

Its a Gateway 702GE, Ive tried it with a Dedicated DX9 card and On-Board, different hard drives, and cant get it to work.

I don't need the computer to play the game, I only need it to host a server.

Any ideas.
