I have this case:
http://www.coolermaster.com/products...t=detail&id=30 You can see on the side that there are two vents. The upper one I can't stick a fan in because the CPU fan takes up that space. So I was thinking about mounting an 80mm fan in the bottom vent (Even though it's not meant to have a fan mounted there) as an exhaust to hopefully cool off the video cards and any PCI cards. Would it work?

Yes it'll work. I did the same thing with my old computer with the Elite 330. I believe 2 of the screws line of perfectly.
