Default Ram Issues

I have a set of g.skill 4 gb 1066 mhz 5-5-5-15 ram on a ga-p35-ds3l, running an e8400.

memtest86 gives me errors when I am running the memory in dual channel. single sticks clear memtest86 fine. I bumped up the voltage by .2-.4 volts and I still am getting 2 errors in test 5. I am wondering if this is a compatibility issue or if it's just bad ram? I flashed the latest bios, in normal voltage I am getting 32676 errors in test 5 and 2 errors when the voltage is bumped up.

Should I RMA the set and go with a 4-4-4-12 ddr2 800? I have a lot of difficulty with BSOD, crashing in the middle of OS installs and updates, the system is very unstable.

If it's not too late, I would. Sounds like some bad sticks.
