FYI, my parents are getting a Q6600, 500Gb hard drive, 3GB DDR2-800, Home Premium, DVD buirner, etc. All this for $440. Sure, the RAM might not have the tightest timings, and the Mobo won't overclock, but none of this makes too much difference to them. In this case, it is still cheaper than buying parts.
Link? When you get that computer, tell us the PSU specs so we can have a good laugh.

ramodkk - GREAT build It's a wonder how you fit a GS in!

I could just as easily laugh at all the builds coming out. Ramodkk's was the best, but still, the comp parents are getting will have a superior processor, better memory, better hard drive, superior graphics too if they want it.

The power supply may not be 700W, but most likely it will be sufficient and get the job done.

The computer in my Sig cost me just under $600 (just the computer, no monitor, vista, etc.)

I've thought about buying a Quad core, or an E8400... Maybe more/faster RAM... Everytime, I remember I don't need a stitch more because I have yet to play a game that I am not happy with the results.

Cheap and reliable. They're not a huge company (since they don't have them in all countries), but I'd trust them. Good reviews, good price, ect.
