Default Does anyone know a network programe?

i'm trying to find a program which i can see and control the LAN of the other computer, like my brother connect to the internet from my PC to his PC and i want to know what kind of website he open and control the speed
so does anyone know a program for that?
and i really don't care if the program free or not

Yes there is there are other threads on this - use the search tool

also some of the other guys might be able to lead you to a thread or to a website.
