internet problem !
hi everyone,
i'm using ie 7 on a windows xp sp2 installed computer.recently my internet connection slowed and i checked my internet speed with a broadband speed tester, it's working fine.then i found that i am suffaring from a software trouble. when i try to open a web page ie keeps loading and loading.i installed opera but then again same problem. i tried killing processes from taskmanager.finally i found the problem. when the explorer.exe is running internet connection goes down.(just for browsing, ...for download mangers it's working fine). i cleaned my pc with everything i can get.my firewall, anti-virus, spy/addware protection..all works fine.  need help!any idea...? |

explorer.exe is always running if you close it you will shutdown your computer
