Default Critique my build take 2...

Made a few revisions...

There are (2) 500gb hard drives there if nobody could figure that out...
I dont need a cd-rw I dont make cds.

Total would be 869.94 after rebates and discount.

Critique away...

I would go with the evga 8800gt, it overclocks easy and is $159.99 after rebate.

I would spend an extra $5 for a dvd burner, they come in handy sometimes.

The motherboard you chose has good reviews although I had 2 that were bad recently, I went with the p5k-se Asus and am very happy.

are you running the HDDs in raid 0?

Otherwise everything else looks good, make sure the PSU has sleeved cables, it looks better, is cleaner, and ensures maximum airflow.

You sure that Lite-on can play DVD's/CD's as well? If I remember correctly that's just a burner not a reader?
