the pioneer burner is rated high for burning quality at cdfreaks. so far they are also the best dual layer burners in terms of quality

Exactly! Plus using a sharpie never gets boring. I love making my own designs on cd-s/dvd-s.

I have a pioneer in my server and its great as well, But still Lite-On is better.
