Heh, look closely at the picture. Notice how close the heatsink is to the memory.

actually there is about 2 inches of clearance, if you look closely you will see where the heatsink ends and where the fan starts, the fan round about about 1 inch on top of the memory module, i will take a picture from another angle and post it tomorrow
