Talking Laptop

So I have a laptop which I want to sell for 1K at least and plus shipping:
Sony Vaio VGN FJ35
Specs: - Normal
Intel Pentium M 740 1.73GHz
1GB 667Mhz DDR2 SDRAM
Intel GMA 915 128mb/900 128mb
100 GB HDD
Windows XP Home
Built in webcam
14.1 1280x800 Screen
three USB 2.0 ports
Small Firewire port
DVD-Ram < not rom seemingly

-------------------
Software: - that stands out

Adobe Premier Elements
Adobe Photoshop

I know with the specs the price is laughable but the Adobe software adds up 350-500Euro more - Plus It's brand name.

Offers:

350 More And I will Install Vista Ultimate on a 20gb hdd with a different partition as a dual boot or an over right with the Experince of 1.0 - It does run smooth for normal tasking but the GPU doesnt allow it to make dvds or put in wmm.

100 More and I'll install Ulead Video Studio 11

150 more and I'll install FxHome Effects lab pro with key

Sorry but I highly doubt you'd get anywhere near that amount.

I'd say you'd be very lucky to get $700.

The problem with the software is can you prove it's legal?

EDIT: Yeah I'd say closer to $500 at most.

Selling a notebook with software doesn't increase the value. Anyone could download a cracked copy of something worth $2000+ and make a laptop from 1999 worth $2000. It doesn't work that way. You should uninstall it, keep the discs, and sell the discs. I doubt the computer itself is worth more than $400. My computer with a similar processor, 1gb ram, and a better graphics card is worth about $450.

It only has 1gb ram, xp HOME, integrated graphics card, and a single core 1.7ghz processor. Actually with the processor, I would say $380.

Also, the Ulead software you were talking about selling for $100 is only worth $69.99 new. You can't get paid $30 to install a cd.

yeah you would get a lot more for the software if you were to tell it seperatly!!! Plus i would think you would get $1K for it... espcially for those specs "and" it has xp on it maybe around $400 to $550.... But if i was you... i would do a fresh reinstall and sell it.... because it would be a lot faster for the person buying it and would save you a lot of hasel... if need be install some little programs... like virus software... office etc... but i would say anything else would be needed...

gadgetvalue.com gave it a value of $440. Also, I googled "sony fj35" and this page is the first link that came up. Is that the actual name of the laptop? It doesn't look real.

A google search for the sony vaio VGN-FJ35 came up with 3 results - 2 random spanish results, and this page. I don't think this computer is real. Can you post pics of it and pics of the system information?
