It's old enough that the CPU doesn't look like it has a heatspreader. I'm sure someone has done worse and not known until after the fact though

i work in a custom computer building store and ppl bring computers to us all the time that they assembled incorrectly. the number one mistake i see is ppl not using motherboard risers, the number 2 mistake is not plugging in the 4 pin CPU connector, and the number 3 mistake is overheating due to something stupid like the above pic, or not using paste, etc.
