Kill Drive Software

Hi. Im new to this forum and I was thinking about using a software called kill drive. Once its killed... can I still install windows? i know it sounds like a really dumb question. If that isnt a good way to kill the drive and install a fresh new operating system... whats a good way for me to start fresh? i hope im making sense. Thanks.

u cud format ur hdd. N u can still install windows after.
