Alternatively trance the path of the file directory or rename or make as much modifications to it before deleting it as a whole.

you can either:
restart the pc then delete
or terminate and restart explorer.exe then delete

this is assuming that explorer still thinks it's using it

You can try a program called Unlocker I have had it on my computer for about 2 years now. Should fix your problem.

Your problem is that you are running Lime Wire, take that crap off your computer that is where you most likely got that crap from.
