Hi, I am working on a teachers laptop at the minute and cannot figure out this problem. When you power up the laptop you get to the classic 'Ctrl' 'Alt' & 'Del' login screen. However it is on this screen that the Shutdown button is greyed out. If you log on both the start menu shutdown button and the shutdown button when you press 'Ctrl' 'Alt' & 'Del' are absolutly fine. I have tried changing the 'ShutdownWithoutLogon' key in the registry but this has not affected it.
Any ideas anyone? Cheers, Andy |
