Default Limited or No Connectivity

I can't connect to my wireless router! It says Limited or No Connectivity. I have a D-Link DWL-G120 Wireless Adapter. Any help? I know my router settings are fine because I just reset them.

go to cmd and type "netsh winsock reset"

I had this a couple years ago. That fixed it for me. Might have to reboot.

It now says I'm fully connected but packets still aren't being received.
