Default Will this Heatsink fit in my Asus P5N32-SLI Premium Board?

Hello all, thanks in advance for the help.

I would like to get a new heatsink for my motherboard. I would like to do a little overclocking and I would rather not use a stock intel heatsink. I want to use the Vendetta 2 heatsink but I am not sure if it will fit or not. Here are links to the board and the heatsink. I know this might be a tight fit.

If this will not fit, I thank you for the much needed help. Could you also point me to some heatsinks that preform very well and will fit a LGA 775. Money isn't an option. Also, I would like the heatsink to fit on just like the Vendetta (push pins)

Thanks a lot!

Awesome, thanks. Just needed a second opinion. Haha I just would not like to buy the thing and found out, "oh no, it doesn't fit."

Thanks, I will look into those.

Does anyone have any objections to me buying this or should I go ahead?

Ouch, sorry to hear that. Yea, I just want to make sure about this because I am tight on cash (College, it sucks the life out of you) and I want to get it right the first time.

I use the Thermalright Ultra 120 (Simular to vendetta), tall headsink with fan but has no problem fitting in my P5N32 E SLI board.

Also as heatsink is so tall make sure you have enough clearance in your case.
