Arrow Cable Highrise

I am in an Apartment building, with the main ISP being Comcast. We left Comcast for a certain reason, that wasn't the Internet.

I am looking into another Cable Internet Provider, and came across RCN. I am not sure if we will be able to get RCN, since Comcast owns all the wires or something for this building, to my understanding.

I called RCN Tech Support, and was guided to call Billing, but I have to call them when they're open, which is 9AM.

So, in the meantime, does anyone know if we can get RCN?

Thanks.

I don't see why you can't get RCN. I doubt ALL the cables are Comcast's so most likely RCN will be able to assist you for your internet needs.
