What do you think of this Motherboard and

Would this motherboard support my:

It will support Athlon XP's, but won't support DDR2 RAM.

I didn't think there were many, if any boards that support DDR2 and SocketA processors... If there are, it's more rare. Would you consider upgrading? You can get some newer AM2 processors for next to nothing. Then any AM2 board you purchase would support DDR2...

It is first generation DDR. The 200 is the speed.

You will need to find a board that will run DDR200 thru DDR400.
The ASUS board you gave a link to will work just fine.
