I have a headset that has the two Mic and Headphone ports, and I use a USB adapter to plug it in a USB port.
I got it work on COD4, but had to go into the Control Panel and stuff. Skype picks it up, but I dont want to have to do a lot of setting up every time I want to use it. I want the Headset and Headphones to work at the same time

The only reason I can think of that they don't run at the same time already is because of USB.
