Anyone think a top blow hole may help? I like the side intake fans and put them on all of my cases as they seem to help a pretty good bit. But I do understand that each case is different.

Well, if you're willing to cool down your CPU you'd have to get more air passing it.
And if you have fans blowing in it will cool the whole case. If you have fans close to the CPU-Heatsink that blow out (so they take air from inside the case and blow it out) it means that air will rush past the CPU more actively. Therefor most big heatsinks enjoy a so called Negative pressure airflow, which means that there is more air being blown out from the inside then blown in from the outside. And if the top blowhole is close to the CPU heatsink it will help.
