Default Dell 4300 - PCI Ethernet Adapter

my g/f drug in this old dell dimension 4300 a while back. she just wanted the bigger monitor for my other pc (which she uses). it was her aunts business computer, and im not sure what she had done to it before we got it, but i had to do a complete reinstall of windows xp. everything seems to be working properly with common windows drivers... except for the NIC. so, at this point i have everything working, but need to download a lot of updates.... which cant be done until i can find the right driver for the network card.

i looked it up on the dell website, but they list only one driver for the NIC, which doesnt work. i have tried searching for about an hour now, but still cant seem to find what it needs. i dont know who makes the card, but i have a couple pics (see bottom of this post).

so, if anyone can help me out i would appreciate it. this is really getting me P.O.'ed.
