I toss 4 things your way as possibilities depending on the age of the system which sounds like you have a stock hsf inplace.
1)supply problem
2)board problem
3)lithium battery on the board now weak and now causing the restarts
4)hard drive problem

Those 4 causes or some other software glitch seeing the Windows crash control step in could just be in the very beginning stages at this point. On a new build here some time back the battery on the board simply went doa without warning where nothing happened when pressing the power button one day. No bad hardware but a dead battery. $2-$3!

I always keep a few onhand regularly since that's a low cost method of troubleshooting besides looking at your software environment in case it's just one or two programs deciding to crash on you. There could still be something else overheatong on you like the video card or even a hard drive seeing high temps if the case lacks good air flow. If you cool the board down more you'[ll start to see cpu temps also drop a little.

Does it do it when your on any particular thing or is it just random. Could be anything from a bad program file, driver or even a weak P/S. If thats your CPU temp. at idle its a little high.
