Hey guys.
So, sometimes I'll be using Windows Media Player and hit the close button, but it will remain open (window will disappear) and keep playing the audio. I have to then enter the task manager and end the task. What could be causing this? It's starting to get annoying.

Do you click on the stop button of the player first before hitting the X? If the player is left running all you are doing is closing a window.

Ah. Okay. If it does it again, I'll check the tray for an icon.

Is this on XP with WMP 11? With SP3 now on 10 has been seeing some problems.
