Default Windows update error

When I try to update windows I get an error 80004002 how do I fix this

What update are you trying to install?

Press Win + R keyboard keys.
Type in Cmd into the Open textbox.
Hit OK or press Enter.

Try re registering the update DLL's, enter each one seperately pressing ENTER after each

regsvr32 wuapi.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng1.dll
regsvr32 wucltui.dll
regsvr32 wups.dll
regsvr32 wups2.dll
regsvr32 wuweb.dll

reboot, go back to windows update, then try it again.
