Default whats happened to the tech guys site

i bought a computer from currys, ei308. there techguys company operates the support for the product, ive been on the tech guys site before, but ive not been able to access it in the last month, have they moved the site?? or is it my computer, i can access all other sites

A lot of small computer selling/repair shops are going out of business. I personally like small ones better, because places like geek squad overcharge and recommend some of the worst things.

its not a small company, the dixons group which owns tech guys and pc world is the biggest electronics retail company in the uk

I have heard the salesman flat out lie to customers to get them to use geeksqaud. When I was looking at laptops they bragged that it was only $50 labor to install memory. Takes me like 5min and that's because I have a history of breaking small expensive items so I take it slow.
