Default Word 07 help

Am trying to create an organization chart, but i can't figure out how to add more "bodies" if i can say so. this is the default template :



but i wanna make one that looks like this


any ideas ? or at least a program that can create one with fancy colors, yes it needs to be fancy !!

I just looked at it in Word 7 and couldn't figure it out. Have you looked at this freeware one

well that program works but it's dull, i will just use word and then photoshop to make other copies, i need that fancy !!

ok i revived my dead thread, maybe it will be useful later.
Word does not have features to do what i wanted.
however in Visio you can, but nothing fancy.
Powerpoint 07 is the way to go, below is my results :

My school has said we have to have a program call Inspiration and what you have done above is what you can do in this program, but PP is way better for doing those sort of things and then put it into a word document.
