Is SP3 for XP stable yet to download without issues?

It's helped some users, and harmed others.

I'd wait for the final bugs to get worked out first.

Nah, that's fine. You can choose to be the guinea pig for XP3 if you want it so badly... As for me, I'll also wait a while.

bruinator........relax. he's just stating its still in testing stage. this is for players that do not mind testing. if your computer takes a dump, you do not mind reformatting if need be. its not an official release.
