I received an error on firefox. It wont let me even start firefox now. All I get is this error message. Any help?

I already tried reinstalling 4 times. It's still doing it. Sometimes, it doesnt even load up anymore.

uninstall.
download ccleaner. http://www.ccleaner.com/ clean the reg uninstall 1st. Delete c:\program files\firefox goto start run %appdata% and delete all occurrences of firefox. reinstall firefox let us know what happened. Last edited by tremmor; 05-04-2008 at 03:16 AM. |

I tried it but with no luck. It's still doing it.
I'm now wondering that there might be a virus/spyware.

Did you try running Firefox in Safe Mode? (It's in the Firefox Start Menu folder).

i had this before. you have to delete something in the firefox folder. sorry to be vague but i'm too lazy to google the exact filename right now

Even in safe mode, it still pops up that error.
