Default capture screen

capture screen for email. i know i can hit prtscn and paste the screen. the problem is it does not capture everything. i'll be damn if i can figure it out. Im guessing it takes some special software. an example would be something like freep.com i would like to highlight all of it and paste into my email.
would anybody have a clue.
thanks

Print Screen does capture the whole screen.

Or do you want to capture all the text, if so just hit CTRL+A and it will select all text.

print screen only captures what i can see at the moment im looking at it.
it would be nice to select all and paste it into the email. it does not work.
graphics are missing. ive about given up now. im getting the impression it takes some special software like snagit. it just urks me i can't figure it out.

So you want to see what your not looking at?

I don't think that's possible.

snagit works. just highlight all and paste it. i would think this could easily be done without software help. apparently not.

If your on vista just use the snipping tool or you can search sidebar gadgets for "gshot"! It works great!!
