Default Download monitor?

I need a piece of software which will basically tell me how much I have downloaded per calendar month, and how much I have downloaded per session.

Some nifty gadgets like average speed graphs and stuff would be handy but not necessary.

Are you talking about just downloads, or all data over the internet (web pages, chat sessions, etc)? If it's just file downloads then something such as DAP may work for you.

I was looking for something that would give me all data over the web.

Yeah so DAP isn't really the tool.

I found the tool I needed, what it's called is a Bandwidth monitor, it directly monitors everything that goes through network card.
