Default Web camera image capture

I am looking for some software for my web cam that takes still images. There are many out there that do this but take images when they detect motion or at specific intervals. I am needing one that takes an image at my command. Not only that, but I want it to automatically save every image in a preset location every time I tell it to capture instead of having a dialogue box appear every time I would try to save asking for a filename and location. So far I have not yet found anything that will do this. Any suggestions?

If you're on Windows XP you can do that using one of the powertoys (not motion though, for that you'd need a more robust piece of software, say WebCamXP)
