HP do something like that over here; it's quite nice to use although glossy screens suffer from finger marks.

The Thermaltake case I use has a 7" touch screen built into it. I can actually adapt a touch screen of any size and plug it in in the back. The problem is that they are ridiculously expensive.

hmm.. for 'work' I use touchscreens made by ProFace, wich are really nice, and quite cheap actually. maybe have a look into those ^^ (a 17" one costs 300 euro's iirc, could be wrong tough)
