Default What is the difference between System Builder and Regular

What is the difference between:

Microsoft Windows Vista 32-Bit Home Premium for System Builders
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16832116202

and

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16832116469

Is the main thing that you can only install it on one system and can't use Microsoft for support?

I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it.
He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

Thanks for the info.
Is it really even worth it to upgrade just yet?
