Default Windows Mobile 6

So I upgraded my Samsung Blackjack to Windows Mobile 6 when Samsung released it but something is confusing me... See when I upgraded, it feels like I really didn't upgrade at all. The screenshots I've seen and the icon updates, and the general smoothness just look nothing like the blackjack I'm using. Someone fill me in please? I feel like I messed up somewhere.

PS: The one I downloaded a few weeks ago.. well the version kind of looks like the beta but more stuff actually works, it just looks nothing like it does on Microsoft's website.
