Well, they managed 510 over here, they also have the setup on how they installed the Voltages etc, but these guys only get close to 450. The first one pump the voltages to:

CPU VTT: 1.35v
NB Core/SB Core: 1.6v
HT: 1.5v
DDR-2 voltage at 2.45v

And the second guys that pushed 450 had this:

VCore - 1.5125V
Memory Voltage - 2.4V
HT Voltage - 1.25V
NB Core Voltage - 1.45V
SB Core Voltage - 1.60V
CPU VTT Voltage - 1.35V

So push up everything a bit and Overclock your memory while your at it, do not. Try not to lower the latency of the Ram this will end up in lower overclock most likely.

But however, before you begin doing all this make sure you do not have the same problem as: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/mai...extreme_8.html , I advise you to read everything below the picture that states the voltages.

I have decided to go with the " EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail " (Link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813188024 ). However when I was deciding on memory I was unsure on what the timing should be :S 5-5-5-15 sound right? If any 1 has this board feel free to post your desktop memory spec's. Also I read about the XFX 780i and on newegg it says " DDR2 800 (up to DDR2 1200 with EPP 1.0) " Now what exactly is a EPP 1.0 and would this be compatible with the board I am looking into?

(Edit: Is it the Voltage I should be worried about? Or the timing :S)

Thanks for the continued help,
