heres a shuttle im looking at can anyone recomend a micro ATX setup?

If you want a small form factor PC with a high end graphics card in it, you are going to generate a lot of heat in that little case. I only recommended shuttle because I know some of them have built in liquid cooling systems that would help your cause of putting a killer video card in there that will generate lots and lots of heat.

can anyone tell me what mobo that the shuttle has?
also will a sata hdd work with the sata 2 mobo connectors?

i think it is a mini itx board but couldnt find anything else about it also the hard drive will work

can i use anything better than a microATX psu in the computer?
i noticed it has the same connector to mobo as atx otherwise i have to use the psu below with a e8400, 8800GTS, 2gb ballistix, and WD Caviar 320gb HDD

i figure i can if i have enough space. otherwise can 550w run what is said above playing crysis and mainly COD4?
