Default lower cas rating vs mghz

of these two which would be better for gaming? are you after lower cas times or is that not comparable to higher mghz? (im guessing the 533 or 800 would be the mghz??)

DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) with 3-3-3-8
vs
240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) with 5-5-5-18
