That has to be the biggest hijacklog I have ever seen!! That pc is junked and most likely infected. I could point out a few things for you. First is get rid of bearshare as that is were most of the crap is coming from. Another major thing is all the toolbars and it seems that macafee has way too many exe's than there should be. I would recommend uninstalling it and getting something different like nod32 or avast.

Ideally the log should be less than 5000 bytes! Atleast mine is

Try downloading it again, but if it still doesn't work we'll do it another way:

Download The Avenger by Swandog46, and save it to your Desktop.
  • Extract avenger.exe from the Zip file and save it to your Desktop.
  • Run avenger.exe by double-clicking on it.
  • Do not change any check box options!!
  • Copy everything in the Code box below, and paste it into the Input script here: part of the window. Please do not include the word Code:

    Code:
    Files to delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\foeicncg.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\emxblfwt.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ijlpskpd.dll
  • Now click the Execute button.
  • Click Yes to the prompt to confirm you want to execute.
  • Click Yes to the Reboot now? question that will appear when Avenger finishes running.
  • Your PC should reboot, if not, reboot it yourself.
  • A log file from Avenger will be produced at C:\avenger.txt and it will popup for you to view when you login after reboot.
  • Please post the content of the logfile.

Please run HijackThis and choose Do a system scan only.

Place a check next to the following entries:
  • O2 - BHO: {25445801-8cff-23fa-6704-020fb7cacd26} - {62dcac7b-f020-4076-af32-ffc810854452} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\foeicncg.dll
