Default plz help, abnormal temps, what to do with hsu

i have am2 mobo, 6400 x2 amd @3.2gh, currently using tt gunmet orb, please see pic bellow, considering doing this due to temps i can't get down idle in mid 50.c, and running min programs ie doing this on ie, running 60.c, Am i being craze, i plan to reapply thermal compound artic silver 5, but i am not sold that will bring within acceptable range----------- please help, I have other treads along with this if anyone wants to follow what i have been doing.

the hsu in middle is mine,, considering 1st, and 3rd hsu
