Cucusoft's video converter is what I use and it's pretty good. It's not free though.

Looking for video converter software?
Hi, there are lots of software on the net but its very difficult to say which one is the best. Take a look at videoformatconverter.net where you can see reviews of the top video converter software. Hope this will help you.
