Default Acer erecovery, D2D won't work

One year ago, i bought an Acer Aspire 9300 laptop. The first thing i did when i got it, was to burn a Factory default disc, wich i've been using since to reinstall my operating system.
Yesterday i wanted to reinstall the operating system on my computer, but suddenly my disc was unreadable. I tried to burn a new one using the Acer eRecovey software, but an error called error code 3 came up, and it didn't want to burn the disc. I tried the D2D recovery management, using the Alt+F10 key combination at startup, but that didn’t work either.
At last, I used the browser in partition magic to copy the files that the Factory default disc is using, but there was an error copying some of the files.
Now I’m afraid of, that the files are damaged. I’ve been searching on google for some sort of solutions, but nothing worked. Does anyone in here have a solution?
