Map software

hi everyone,

I am currently trying to find a software that i can use, that'll be similar to google earth, in that it is a map, but you can add pointers to places on it. these pointers can be clicked on to bring up basic information, or double clicked on to take to a new webpage with alot more information.

Preferrably it would be relatively easy to use software, as i am not the best in the world with things like this, but i am willing to learn whatever is required.

Any help is appreciated,
